About Us

Our Story

Chupacabra Canoe began on Father’s Day 2012, when five brothers planned an overnight canoe trip on Pennsylvania’s Allegheny River for their father. That trip sparked a tradition—every year since, our group of family and friends has paddled a new river, strengthening our bonds and embracing the call of the wild.

Over the years, we’ve conquered rivers across the U.S., from the Cumberland to the Potomac, gaining a deep respect for the outdoors. Through these experiences, we’ve learned what it takes to truly thrive on the water. Now, we’re bringing that knowledge to you with durable, adventure-ready gear designed to withstand the toughest conditions.

At Chupacabra Canoe, we believe in tradition, masculinity, and the spirit of the outdoors. So grab a bourbon, light a cigar, and hit the river—you’re one step closer to becoming an X-Stream Outdoorsman.
