Paddle Grades
Each paddle’s craftsmanship is graded before sale. The three tier system gives you an understanding of the price. Each listing contains pictures of the exact paddle you are receiving. The tiers are then separated between a, b, and c with Select A being a flawless paddle, and 2nd Choice C being a great paddle that holds our quality but, may have a craftsman defect (scuff or not perfectly symmetric).
1st Choice

A step below Select, these paddles are just as functional and beautiful. Upon close inspection they made have a smear, a blurred logo, or are not perfectly symmetric. They are close to perfect but not quite up to the standard of Select.
Select

A paddle so beautiful you’re afraid to use it. These paddles are hand crafted without flaw. There are no blemishes or smears. The paddle is well balanced with a good handle. You’ll be unable to find a fault if you do it will be minor.
2nd Choice
$
These have the craftsmanship of a Chupacabra Canoe paddle maker however, they they do not meet Select or 1st Choice. Perhaps the handle is too thin or a scuff is on the shaft. A great paddle for the price.
