As we prepare for the Lenten season, I have been reflecting on what we can improve on as an organization.
The three tenets of lent are prayer, fasting and almsgiving. If you are interested in joining our Catholic Canoeists lent overview, we cover the prayer and fasting quite well. One thing we have not given as much attention to is the almsgiving, or giving back to the community.
Until now.,
Do you own or know a dog that suffers from bad tooth/teeth?

Do you have a young child who keeps loosing their teeth and you don’t know what to do with them??

I am happy to announce Chupacabra will be giving back this year by addressing a common issue with a simple solution – all free of charge – through our new initiative Dentures for Dogs™!
Every year so many dogs suffer in silence from tooth related issue. From cavities, to biting hard things, high sugar intake, or promiscuous lifestyles – dog oral hygiene is often overlooked and their teeth pay the price!! Our goal for this is to work with a team of skilled tooth workers to create custom dentures for at risk dogs.
How will we do it?
Simply mail in your pile of old baby teeth that have been sitting in a drawer and we’ll take it from there!
The results are stunning!

Interested in contributing? Reach out via our contact page for mailing/drop off instructions. Every tooth counts! You’ll be helping a dog in need, clearing out some drawer space and it could be a tax write of or something similar maybe!!**
